OUR PROMISE TO YOU

We lovingly create and hand-craft each item and we hope you fall in love with your piece(s) as well. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving and we will work with you to create a solution. If you notice a manufacturing defect (outside of the natural quality of the materials and hand-crafted nature), notify us within 24 hours of receiving and we will gladly repair your item. Should you ever find that during regular wear and tear you need a repair, we will gladly work with you to bring your item back to its finest!

Please note that due to the nature of wear, earrings will not be refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect which we will gladly repair. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns. Gift certificates are not eligible for cash returns.
